AMD Property Management was established to manage the multi-family and self storage assets of JRK Asset Management, Inc., as well as for third party owners. AMD currently manages 10,860 multi-family units and a 145,000 square foot self storage facility.

AMD is a wholly owned subsidiary of JRK Asset Management and is led by a corporate team that averages over 15 years of property management experience.
